New electronic project: MAX232 USB

This is just a small project. It's about the famous MAX232 RS232 driver.  I simply put it on a PCB to save time while tinkering. It's powered via a USB port and I use it to communicate between PC and micro controllers over the COM port (RS232 interface protocol).
